Rock-N-Wood’s Text Message Program Terms & Conditions By providing your phone number, you are enrolling in the Rock-N-Wood Supply Yard, Inc. ("RNW") Text Message Program and agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: When you enroll, you certify that A) you warrant and represent to RNW that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and B) you are age 18 or older. RNW’s Text Message Program is a subscription service. There is no charge from RNW for this Pro-gram, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. The texts may be sent via au-tomated technology. Participation in the RNW’s Text Message Program is not required for purchase. You may receive multiple, recurring messages related to the status of your Order. These messages may include notifications when your order is ready to pick up or in varies stages of delivery, or when a delay occurs with your order. You agree that these messages may include limited personal information, and whoever has access to the mobile phone or carrier account will also be able to see this information. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 810-984-4802. You agree that any other method of opting out, is not a reasonable means of opting out. For help, text HELP or call your RNW. Participating carriers include all US-based mobile carriers. The Service is not compatible with all cell phone models. RNW is not responsible for delays or failures of any messages. You can view our Privacy Policy below. Promotional or marketing messages will be sent with this subscription service and may be sent using automated text messaging service. Message frequency will vary based on season, events, weather, interactions with RNW and other factors. Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If at any time you intent to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to an-other party, you agree that you will complete the Opt Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mo-bile telephone number. You further agree that, if you discontinue the use of your mobile telephone number without notifying RNW, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs and attorney fees and liabilities incurred by RNW, or any party that assists in the delivery of mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile mes-sages, emails and other communications. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform provid-ers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages, emails and other com-munications. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, RNW reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide RNW information, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted in for an ulterior pur-pose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
